Goulash With Queso Recipe

"Goulash" is one of our most popular dishes. It 'easy to do, is to fill and it's just about as popular as macaroni and cheese around here. I would not normally think - I "asked" to do by someone in the house. My recipe stew sometimes varies depending on what is in the fridge - but the basis for a very simple recipe, a kind of pasta, ground beef, spaghetti sauce, and a type of cheese. The meat is seasoned with onion, green pepper, orGarlic and cheese can be anything from Asiago, Colby Jack or Velveeta. I used all kinds of pasta from the elbow to rotini, sleeves, ziti, and small and medium-sized bowls.

Ingredients for my recipe goulash con queso

1 pounds ground chuck
1 pounds pasta (ziti or elbow macaroni are favorites)
1 jar spaghetti sauce (roasted garlic, 5 cheese, Italian sausage - All favorites)
1 container with Taco Bell Queso Cheese Sauce
Italian seasoning
Salt and freshly groundPepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
O fresh garlic
About 1 / 2 package of shredded Colby Jack Cheese

This is very easy to do. Fill a 4-liter pot and sprinkle about half full of hot water and salt. Turn the burner on high and put a pan on another burner and add the ground chuck into the pan. Chop the meat with a spatula while you wait for the water to a boil. If the water boils, add pasta and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Boil 'sDough about 8-12 minutes, until tender - you will know when they are ready because it starts to swim to the surface. When the meat is done, rinse in a colander with hot water to remove grease and fat, and sends it to the pan. Salt, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, and cook for 2-3 minutes longer cut with a spatula found in pieces. Then turn off the burner. When the noodles are done thoroughly with warm water in a colander, drain and return to pot. Drizzle pastawith extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Mix well. Turn the drawer over med-high. Add the spaghetti sauce and salsa con queso for Taco Bell for the pasta, mix well and then add the chopped meat and mix thoroughly. Duration of about 2 tablespoons of minced garlic and stir well for the last time

I usually cook this on Med-high), about 3-5 minutes (stirring constantly until the mixture starts to sputter. Then you can heat and serve! Soon as Imake the dishes, I sprinkle a handful of shredded Colby Jack cheese over each, and is usually dissolved, just before hitting the table! People of all ages love this stew, but also a new addition to the Taco Bell Chili Con Queso sauce this time there was something special, that is all the better!
