How to lobby Care

Lobby is a recipe from Lancashire, a dish of the north (England) who can not fill and is very stogy! He dumplings and meat - you're not going to find in a luxury restaurant in London, is a typical dish of the north.

Here are the things you need for the dumplings.

2 oz Suet
4 ounces flour
Little salt
Half a liter of water

This is what is needed for the same lobby.

1 pound Lean Stewing Beef
1 pound potatoes
£ 1Carrots
2 bouillon cubes
And an onion
2 liters of water

Ok, now you have all your ingredients, you should know how to press next. Put the meat in a pan, add 2 stock cubes (crumble them) and add 2 liters of water. Bring water to a boil and cook until meat is very tender.

Ok, now you have your onion peel potatoes, carrots and yours. I would recommend diced potatoes and carrots, then chop the onioninto small pieces. Now you add the vegetables and cook until vegetables are almost tender. If you prefer, you can add more water.

Now make the dumplings.

Mix flour, lard and salt in a large bowl. Add some 'of water to make a sticky dough and sprinkle a bit' of flour on a cutting board. Put a golf ball size lump dumpling dough and form a ball and roll in flour. If you've made about 6 of these balls, put them on even cooking Lobbyand cover.

Boil about 20 minutes.

Serve in bowls for a maximum of 6 people.
