A Healthy Low Carb Chicken Strips Salad Recipe

After the holidays many of us want, just go to carbohydrates. This low carb chicken strips salad will help you do just that.

A salad is not only boring mess. This salad is full of flavor. This healthy low-carb recipe for a salad with strips of chicken with fruit and nuts.

Ingredients:

2 skinless, boneless chicken breast cut into strips
2 cups chopped spinach
1 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
1 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
½ cup red onion, cut into rings
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
½ cup pecans, chopped
½ cup raisins
1 tsp. Lemon
½ cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Sale
1 tsp. pepper
Cilantro (optional)

Do:

In a small saucepan, combine the olive oil and chicken into cubes. The chicken can be purchasedalready cut into strips, or you can buy whole chicken and cut to show it to the desired size.

Cook chicken over medium heat until a nice golden color is beautiful. Take the heat of the pan, remove and take the pieces of meat on a paper towel until excess oil. Next, chop the spinach.
