Easy meal ideas for side dishes

Sometimes they come with the main meal of course is the easy part, but what they can do with it the question difficult. I usually serve the vegetables as a side dish of mine and I'm always trying to find new ideas. Here are some of our favorites.

Potatoes. Twice baked potatoes, try adding milk, cheese and ranch dressing. For children with small potatoes makes them more fun.
Another dish of potatoes is to roast potatoes, French fries, cut, either directly or with frozen french fries,Seasoned with onion and season with salt.

Green peppers. Peppers stuffed with rice, or green pepper or red, yellow, orange or green for fun.

Zucchini. Cut the zucchini into strips and place on a sheet of aluminum foil. All with the butter. Then add salt and pepper. You can add other chopped vegetables. Wrap and bake 30 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Stuffed zucchini is another good option.

Carrots. Serve the carrots cut into strips with a dip, shredded carrots in a salad or carrots glazed with a little 'sugar and butter.

Cauliflower. Steam and serve with cheese sauce or baked with garlic butter and sprinkle with crumbs of bread thrown.

Broccoli. Mix the broccoli with a tablespoon of olive oil and salt and pepper. Roast in oven at 500 degrees for 10-12 minutes stirring. Create a broccoli salad with pieces of bacon and sunflower seeds or serve raw with dip.

Need a side of corn, green beans or salad isalways too large. Are easy meal ideas for side dishes, which will hopefully combat the boredom meal.
