Healthy food for kids

We all know what healthy eating is: carbohydrates, lots of fruit, vegetables, wholemeal bread, and dairy products such as yoghurt, eggs and milk. If you're wondering how your kids learn the importance of healthy eating, there are cooking classes for children that teach them just that. You can also invite them into your kitchen and show them that they are to use their imagination to make the recipes with different colors of vegetables, lean meats, eggs, and, simultaneously,share some moments together.

Good nutrition: a family affair

These recipes were created specially for your children that healthy food can be absolutely wonderful learning: Mix the chicken nuggets in a bag stuffed with chicken mixture and Parmesan cheese, and baked in the oven. 1 - Preheat the oven

2 - Peel and chop the onion some

3 - Cut whole wheat pita bread into circles

4 - Place the bread on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the onion, mozzarella and Italian dressing.

5. Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese melts.

6. Serve hot And remember to wear oven mitts. Quick and healthy snacks for children and adolescents are fun snacks and healthy meals on their own.

Leave the fruit andvegetables on hand and let them use their imagination.
