Pea Shred Pandemonium!

Ingredients: -frozen peas (450g) -a handful of potatoes -2 Kabanos sausages (150g) or smoked pork or frankfurters or.... -2 carrots -200g of whipping cream -an onion -instant broth -savory -some salt -some pepper -water 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into walnut sized cubes. Peel and slice the carrots, slice the sausages and chop up the onion. 2. Put the carrots, the sausages and the potatoes into a small pot, add a spoonful of instant broth and some water (just enough to cover stuff) and heat it up. 3. Put the onion and the peas in the big pot, add a cup of water, another spoonful of instant broth, a tea spoon of savory, some salt and the whipping cream and heat it up for a couple of minutes. 4. Work the hand blender on the content of the big pot until you have a nice, homogenous pea mash. 5. Keep the big pot boiling. When the potatoes, carrots and sausages in the small pot have been boiling for about 7 minutes, pour the whole content of the small pot into the big pot. Stir and season with pepper.
