Alaska Salmon Tostadas: Cooking in the Mexican style may seem like a time-consuming, complicated process, but it is actually only a careful assemblage of ingredients. In the case of tostadas, you simply need to make a typical salsa concoction with tomato, onion, cilantro, garlic and a little salt. To this mix you add the boneless Alaska Salmon. Meanwhile, lay out some tostada shells and add a layer of hot beans and cheese right away on the bottom. Once you top this off with the salmon mixture and sour cream, dinner is served - and again in only fifteen minutes.
