Cooking Indian Healthy Food Cauliflower and Patotoes Indian Style Ingredients l Cauliflower (Cut and washed) 4 to 5 Patotoes (Cut/was into medium size) l onion - chopped about 6 table spoon of oil for frying 1 -2 fresh chillies - chopped\ l peice of fresh ginger - grated 1-2 sliced of galic - chopped Kasoori Methi (herb) optional 1/2 a tin of tomotoes Spices - 1/2 teaspoon of Haldee 1/2 teaspoon of Masala 1 teaspoon of salt ( or according to taste. Method Fry onion in oil add chillies until slightly brown Add ginger and galic - stir for a few minutes to release the flavour. Add tomotoes and spices to make a sauce - for about 5 minutes Add patotoes put lid on and steam for a about 15 minutes Stir than add Cauliflour and Methi - Stir and put the lid on lower heat and steam for about 25 minutes or until the patotoes are done... Serve with Naan or fresh Indian Chappties with yogurt (optional)
