3 Single and Fast Kid-Friendly Recipes - Make It Tonight with what already

Looking for ways to prepare meals that are fast and simple, that does not require additional trips to the store? Here are 3 simple and child-friendly recipes!

1) chicken and pasta: time ago: 15 minutes will need: chicken, Please, pasta, oil, flour / bread crumbs.
Make pasta, drain and set aside. You can heat by running under hot water for one minute.

Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise. Dredge (coat) of the pieces within sprinkle with breadcrumbs. If you do notthese programs use flour, but add a little 'of oregano or Italian seasoning to the flour first.

Top with parsley (dry is fine) orgrated cheese.

Easy meal ideas for side dishes

Sometimes they come with the main meal of course is the easy part, but what they can do with it the question difficult. I usually serve the vegetables as a side dish of mine and I'm always trying to find new ideas. Here are some of our favorites.

Potatoes. Twice baked potatoes, try adding milk, cheese and ranch dressing. For children with small potatoes makes them more fun.
Another dish of potatoes is to roast potatoes, French fries, cut, either directly or with frozen french fries,Seasoned with onion and season with salt.

Green peppers. Peppers stuffed with rice, or green pepper or red, yellow, orange or green for fun.

Zucchini. Cut the zucchini into strips and place on a sheet of aluminum foil. All with the butter. Then add salt and pepper. You can add other chopped vegetables. Wrap and bake 30 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Stuffed zucchini is another good option.

Carrots. Serve the carrots cut into strips with a dip,shredded carrots in a salad or carrots glazed with a little 'sugar and butter.

Cauliflower. Steam and serve with cheese sauce or baked with garlic butter and sprinkle with crumbs of bread thrown.

Broccoli. Mix the broccoli with a tablespoon of olive oil and salt and pepper. Roast in oven at 500 degrees for 10-12 minutes stirring. Create a broccoli salad with pieces of bacon and sunflower seeds or serve raw with dip.

Kid Friendly Recipes

Kid friendly recipes such as Asian Stir-Fry with rotisserie chicken or barbecue chicken sandwiches are quick and easy. Kids love the taste of these dishes. Mothers love the convenience.

Roast chicken is a healthy ingredient for children friendly meals. Use the ready-to-eat fried chicken in grocery stores anymore.

Cut the preparation of chicken: the chicken with kitchen scissors. Cut the chicken in the middle of the breast and backbone. Cut each half between the upper andWing. Remove the chicken from bones and cut into small pieces.

BBQ Chicken Sandwich

This recipe is prepared with the-shelf ingredients. Use bottled barbecue sauce, some spices and a roast chicken, this quick dinner family. Potato salad or coleslaw, you can also buy from the retailer all meals.

Ingredients


1 bottle of barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2-teaspoon cumin
1/2-teaspoon chili powder
1Fried Chicken about 1-1/2 lbs.
Remove skin and bones
4 Kaiser rolls, split

Instructions:

1. Combine barbecue sauce, negotiate, cumin and chili power in a skillet over low heat

2. Stir in chicken

3. Stir occasionally, until heated through

4. Divide chicken mixture among the rolls

Serve with potato salad, coleslaw and pickles if desired.

Yield: 4 servings

Asian Stir-Fry with Chicken Rotisserie

Powered by RamenNoodles, fresh ginger, garlic and cilantro, this is a quick dinner for busy cooks who want to create a delicious but nutritious meal 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped peeled fresh ginger
1 clove garlic
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/4-cup soy sauce Lite
1-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles
1 chicken, skin removed and meat shredded
1 tablespoon chopped freshCoriander

Instructions:

In small bowl, mix cornstarch, soy sauce and blend smooth.
(Discard or save flavor packets from packets of pasta for other purposes)

1) The olive oil over medium heat

2) onion, ginger and garlic

3) Cook until the onion is soft

4) Add the vegetables

5) Cook 3 minutes

6) To the pot, add 2 cups water, bring to a boil

7) Stir in mixture of soy sauce

8) cook until justthickened

9) Stir in noodles and chicken

10) Cook, stirring constantly, until noodles are tender and chicken is heated through

11) Transfer to plate
